OPERATION SUPPORT INTERN

The Operations Support Intern will assist the Operations team in daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. This internship provides practical exposure to office management, documentation, coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks.
2. Prepare, organize and maintain operational documents and records.
3. Support data entry, filing, and report preparation.
4. Coordinate with internal departments on operational matters.
5. Assist in monitoring daily operational activities and follow-up tasks.
6. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree students in: Business Administration, Office Management or other related fields.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
4. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
