What you'll be doing

30% [Data entry and PO management]

• Responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information in company systems and databases.
• Handling a Purchase Order (PO) request involves receiving a request, verifying details, obtaining internal approval, and sending the official PO to the supplier.
• Other jobs assigned by MD.

70% [Warehouse]

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate workflows and optimal stock levels.
• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, delivery drivers, and internal departments to meet daily dispatch targets.

What we're looking for

• ***Ability to lift and move cartons as part of warehouse and logistics duties*** (male candidates preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (0-3 years of related experiences).

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• English proficiency will be considered an advantage.

• Immediate availability to start work will be considered an advantage.
