Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support daily operations and handle customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating internal processes, maintaining records, and ensuring the timely resolution of service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and support issue resolution
• Provide administrative and operational support
• Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports
• Track and follow up on internal requests

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written & verbal) – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• 0–2 years of customer service/operations experience
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
