Operation Support (Ticketing) Staff

• Processing and issuing customer airline tickets and other travel documentation.
• Verifying passenger information and ensuring accuracy of all ticketing details.
• Up-to-date with changes in ticketing procedures, fare rules, and travel regulations.
• Able to handle urgent cancellations, rebookings, and related issues efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve travel disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records in the reservation system.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, and others).
• Ability to work under pressure especially during urgent situations.
• Detail-oriented and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work in shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
