Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM
• 8–12 years of experience in Operation Theatre, with relevant leadership/managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, surgical procedures, and patient safety
• Experience in managing OT staff, schedules, and daily operations
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day OT operations
• Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthesia team, and other departments
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
• Manage OT staff, duty rosters, and workflow
• Monitor OT equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
