Operation Training Digitalization Intern (Data Analytics and Automation)

1.0 Job Responsibilities

Training Digitalization & SharePoint

Support the development and enhancement of the Operation Training SharePoint Portal. Organize training information, documents, forms, and records. Support digital workflows and improve accessibility and standardization of training information across plants and shifts.

OJT & Certification Digitalization

Support the digitalization of On-the-Job Training (OJT), assessment, certification, recertification, and cross-training records. Maintain accurate digital training records and assist with certification status, expiry, and competency tracking.

Power BI & Training Data Analytics

Support the development and maintenance of Power BI training dashboards and automated reports. Consolidate and analyze training data covering OJT, certification, recertification, cross-training, competency, and training completion. Prepare clear reports for management review.

Digital Forms & Process Automation

Support the development of digital training forms, data collection tools, and automated workflows. Identify manual and repetitive training processes that can be improved through Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Excel, and related digital solutions.

Multimedia & Digital Learning

Support the development and editing of training videos, presentations, graphics, and digital learning materials. Assist the Training Team in converting existing training materials into suitable digital learning formats.

Training Data & Document Management

Maintain accurate and organized training data, databases, matrices, and documents. Support document control, data standardization, and preparation of training records for internal and external audit requirements.

Continuous Improvement Support

Work with the Training Team, IT, HR, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for improving training processes through digitalization, automation, data analysis, and standardization.

2.0 Job Requirements

1. Qualification / Experience

Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Multimedia / Digital Media, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Internship or industrial training students are encouraged to apply.

2. Technical Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, data analysis, data visualization, database concepts, programming or scripting, and multimedia/video editing will be an advantage.

3. Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
