Operational Activity Supervisor (Automotive)

Job Description Reporting to the Site and Region Manager, the Operational Activity Supervisor ensures the overall management of services within their area of ​​responsibility. They ensure the proper execution of operations, the management of teams and the quality of service delivered to the client, in a dynamic, demanding and results-oriented environment.

Main missions

• Coordinate and supervise operational activities on client sites, ensuring quality of service and adherence to deadlines.
• Plan and adjust resources (teams, schedules, priorities) according to needs and field constraints
• To guide and support the teams in order to maintain a high level of performance and commitment
• Monitor services and ensure their compliance with client requirements and standards
• Detect discrepancies, analyze the causes, and deploy effective corrective actions.
• Intervene in critical situations and ensure proactive management of unforeseen events.
• Maintaining a close relationship with the customer and guaranteeing their satisfaction on a daily basis
• Monitor activity indicators and actively contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 in industrial engineering, quality, production, logistics or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in field team management
• Experience in quality control/inspection/retouching is highly valued.
• Technical skills: Quality tools and problem-solving (8D, PDCA)
