Bar Operational Manager – TEJA ULUWATU

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Bar Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring excellent service, beverage quality, team performance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid knowledge of bar operations and beverage cost control, and the ability to maintain high hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the bar team to achieve high service standards.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, ordering, and beverage cost control.
• Monitor sales performance, beverage cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Management teams.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Support beverage menu development, promotions, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to Management.
• Ensure the bar consistently delivers an excellent guest experience aligned with TEJA ULUWATU standards.
