About the Opportunity

We are seeking Operational Change Management professionals for a potential remote engagement supporting a US-based client.

The role will focus on supporting operational changes and preparing teams to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. The detailed scope and client information will be shared during the recruitment process as the opportunity is further defined.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute change management activities for operational transformation initiatives.
• Assess the impact of changes on people, processes, systems, and daily operations.
• Map stakeholders and develop communication, engagement, and training strategies.
• Support leaders and teams in preparing for change and addressing resistance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project timelines.
• Monitor team readiness, change adoption, and outcomes.
• Identify risks and barriers to adoption, recommending actions to support the transition and operational continuity.
• Develop supporting materials and document processes and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience in change management supporting operations, process transformation, or system implementations.
• Experience leading initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent approaches.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops and develop communication and training materials.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Advanced or fluent English , with the ability to lead meetings, develop materials, and interact with US-based stakeholders.
• Availability to work with overlapping hours with the client’s US-based team, to be agreed upon based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US-based clients or international teams.
• Background in digital transformation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• A change management certification, such as Prosci.
• Knowledge of project management, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
