- Create circulars or memos regarding new operational policies in the company
- Monitor PDCA from each department
About you
- Minimum S1 degree in industrial management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in operational development
- Able to collect, process, and analyse data for operational workflow efficiency
- Possess project management skills and tools to support project execution according to objectives
