Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related course; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in poultry, livestock, feed mill, or food production environment is an advantage.
• Able to analyze simple data (Excel) and convert into clear reports and visual summaries.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays if required by farm operations

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily roving inspections in farm compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as mortality, production, rejects/dirty eggs, breakages.
• Assist procedures,including correct use of PPE,proper handling eggs,handling chickens and cleaning standards. Prepare, review, and file operational forms, inspection checklists, and monitoring logs to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
