Operational Excellence Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Operational Excellence professional to manage and improve the company’s ERP, factory IT systems, operational data and digital processes. The role will focus on ensuring the accuracy of system-generated MIS, monitoring factory machine data, coordinating ERP developments and UAT, identifying process gaps, and driving automation and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Job Description:

• Drive operational excellence and process improvement across factory operations.
• Monitor and validate ERP-generated data and MIS reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Cross-check system-generated monthly MIS reports with actual operational records and identify discrepancies.
• Handle ERP-related activities, including UAT, system changes, troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Coordinate with ERP/IT vendors for system development, modifications, integrations and issue resolution.
• Manage factory IT systems, online operational data and digital processes.
• Monitor data generated from TLC machines and other factory systems and ensure proper data flow and accuracy.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and work on automation, system improvement and process standardization.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, HR, Finance and other departments for system and data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based analysis, trackers and validation tools wherever required.
• Monitor operational KPIs and highlight data discrepancies, process gaps and improvement areas to management.
• Ensure proper implementation and adherence to SOPs and standardized processes.
• Support the organization in ERP implementation, system enhancement and continuous operational improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
