Operational Excellence Manager

About the role

Lead asset performance optimization initiatives across operating renewable energy projects. Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs including availability, performance ratio, energy yield, and downtime. Identify underperformance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Drive optimization of O&M strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead asset performance optimization initiatives across operating renewable energy projects
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs including availability, performance ratio, energy yield, and downtime
• Identify underperformance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Drive optimization of O&M strategies, preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Review, standardize, and enhance O&M processes, procedures, and best practices
• Lead the development and implementation of SOPs aligned with international standards
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to site-based O&M teams and contractors
• Champion HSE excellence and foster a strong safety culture across all sites
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards
• Ensure operational compliance with applicable international standards (IEC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in renewable energy operations, O&M, or asset performance
• Strong hands-on experience with solar and wind projects
• Solid knowledge of international standards and HSE best practices
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams or contractors
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
