Operational Intelligence Administrator

Manage and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across operational systems,

ensuring clean and validated data supports operational efficiency, reporting precision, and

decision-making. Further, to oversee updates to critical datasets, manage hierarchies and call cycles,

and ensure all data structures align with business and field operational needs.

Diploma in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field

1-3 years’ experience working with data systems, data governance, or database administration

Knowledge of data management systems and enterprise reporting tools

Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and

governance

Prioritisation skills

Communication skills
