Tech Hub Operational Lead – SYVANTECH [PORTO]

We're looking for a Tech Hub Operational Lead to join a strategic international initiative in Porto. If you have experience leading technology organizations, driving operating model transformations, and building high-performing delivery environments, this role is for you.

YOUR ROLE

You will lead the operational delivery organization of a large-scale Tech Hub, ensuring effective coordination across delivery, technology, and operational domains. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to operationalize strategy, drive delivery excellence, and continuously evolve the operating model to support business growth and transformation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the operational delivery organization of the Tech Hub

• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and performance management

• Operationalize and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM)

• Build capabilities and support organizational scaling initiatives

• Foster collaboration across technology, product, and business teams

• Translate strategy into measurable execution plans

• Provide executive reporting, KPI tracking, and performance insights

• Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ years of experience in technology-driven organizations

• Experience building or leading Tech Hubs, Global Capability Centers, or Digital Delivery Organizations

• Strong background in operating model transformation and organizational scaling

• Experience in product-centric and platform-based environments

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Solid understanding of modern software engineering, cloud, and digital platforms

• Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

• Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery models is a plus
