Operational Manager

• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized activities.
• Manage and monitor showroom displays, including display movement, replacement, and overall condition.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising (VM) to maintain consistent showroom presentation and visual standards.
• Monitor the overall condition, cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the showroom.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of operational, maintenance, and facility-related issues with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on operational or facility improvement needs.
• Ensure showroom facilities, displays, and supporting areas are maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor and follow up on showroom improvement, maintenance, and display-related activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to showroom operations and ongoing requirements.
• Ensure the showroom consistently provides a well-maintained, professional, and pleasant environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Showroom Operations, Retail Operations, Store Operations, Facility Management, or related fields, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in premium retail, building materials, interior, furniture, home appliances, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple operational requirements.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good reporting and administrative skills.
• Willing to work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
