Operational Manager

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Operational Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operations at SUKU Lifestyle Hotel & Villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
• Monitor room occupancy, rates, reservations, and overall hotel performance.
• Maintain and improve service standards, operational procedures, and guest experience.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
• Work closely with the Owner/Management on business planning, budgets, and operational improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall property standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and hands-on.
• Good knowledge of PMS, POS, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
