Operational Manager

• Managing all aspects of field sales operations and the overall field marketing execution through the implementation of marketing & sales strategy to achieve Sales KPI
• maintain healthy & profitable business as ensuring trade & field marketing objectives within assigned Area are achieved

Requirement :

1. Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, of which 5-7 years in a managerial capacity, preferably with multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company.
2. Proven track record in managing end to end sales business process including distribution strategy, trade & field marketing, financial & commercial aspects as well as inventory and logistic matters
3. Experienced in leading sales team in both direct and indirect sales business model
4. Willing to control Jabodetabek area
5. Fluent in English
