What they need
Key responsibilities
- Lead, monitor, and ensure all restaurant operational activities run according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Oversee performance of Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, staff scheduling, and employee development and training
- Ensure availability of materials, quality standards for Korean BBQ cuisine presentation, area cleanliness, and workplace safety
- Control operational budget, food cost, waste levels, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure consistent best service delivery
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Hospitality
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Operational Manager or Assistant Manager in F&B industry (preferably in Korean/Asian Cuisine/Grill restaurants)
- Willing to participate in full training program in Jakarta during probation/orientation period
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting/restaurant P&L
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Domiciled in Jakarta and willing to be placed in Bali
