Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and supervise daily operational activities across the organization.
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, field staff, drivers, and other departments.
• Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Monitor service quality and ensure timely execution of operational tasks
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and external stakeholders whenever required.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience is mandatory in Operations Management, preferably in Healthcare, Emergency Services, Ambulance Services, Logistics, Fleet Operations, Facility Management, or a similar industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
