- Overseeing daily centre operations and workflow.
- Supervise and manage staff performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor customer retention, follow-ups, and package renewals.
- Ensure treatment quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock control.
- Monitor operational expenses and improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and implement business improvement strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
