What they need
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operational Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium Korean dining restaurant in SCBD, South Jakarta.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage FOH & BOH teams to ensure smooth service
- Monitor sales, cost, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of service, food quality & guest experience
- Drive team performance, discipline, and productivity
- Handle operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Support business growth and achieve operational & commercial targets
About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager / similar position
- Korean restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant SOP, service standards & cost control
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
- Willing to work in SCBD, South Jakarta
