Operational Performance Lead

Location: District 7, HCMC

Working Hour: Mon – Fri | 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Performance Management Lead to support our team by gathering market insights, preparing performance reports, and assisting in project management. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to strategic initiatives at a leading technology platform in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities Market and On-the-ground Insights

• Collect and verify information from multiple sources, including desk research, field research, and manual data checks.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support business decisions.

Performance Reporting

• Compile and analyze data to create reports on ground-level insights, market performance, and ad-hoc projects.
• Present clear and concise information for team use and management review.

Project Support

• Assist in all phases of projects, including planning, execution, and acceptance.
• Evaluate project results and suggest improvements or next steps.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business operations, performance analysis, data analytics, strategy, market research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in preparing reports and presentations using Google Slides or similar tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations in English.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to initiate projects, oversee ongoing initiatives, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in market research is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with AI tools for information gathering and daily tasks is an advantage.
