OPERATIONAL PLANNER EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The Operations Planner Executive is responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing logistics arrangements, and ensuring smooth operational flow to meet customer demand and business objectives. This role works closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and transportation teams to optimize efficiency, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Monitor work orders and production planning, and arrange deliveries for completed orders.
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
• Reviewing purchase orders from customers and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
• To manage and sustain 5’S implementation, and Health Safety & Environment (HSE) programs in logistic/working areas.
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management.
• To provide a standard manufacturing monthly reporting in proper reporting format to upper level managements.

·       Performs other duties as assigned.

·       To comply with company’s instruction for any additional task required by the Management.

Authority:

·         Instruct/advise Production site for any amendment of order from customers

·         Arrange trip for outgoing delivery

·         Confirm for return item

·         Monitor performance and delivery routes and give instruction to logistic team
