Operational Risk Analytics Officer

The OPERATIONAL RISK ANALYTICS OFFICER is responsible in supporting the implementation and enhancement of the Bank's operational risk management framework by gathering, analyzing, and monitoring risk data, operational loss events, and key risk indicators. The role is responsible for developing risk dashboards and reports, performing data-driven risk analyses, and coordinating with various business units to strengthen risk controls, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement of operational risk management tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational risk databases, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative risk data to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Monitor operational loss incidents and outstanding risk exposures.
• Prepare risk reports and analytics for management and stakeholders.
• Recommend enhancements to risk management processes, controls, and systems.
• Support risk assessment activities and operational risk initiatives across the Bank.
• Collaborate with business and support units in evaluating and addressing risk issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of Operational Risk Management frameworks and tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and collaborative.
