In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence business decisions through expert risk assessment, optimize control effectiveness, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to mitigate operational risks.

What You Do

• Review and assess internal controls across business units, including new products, policies, and business processes.
• Analyze and validate RCSA and KRI reports to ensure data quality and meaningful risk insights.
• Maintain and enhance the Risk/Loss Event Database (RLED) and related Operational Risk Management (ORM) documentation.
• Provide expert recommendations to improve risk mitigation and control effectiveness.
• Lead risk awareness initiatives and promote a strong operational risk culture across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Policy, Reporting & Quality Assurance teams and key stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Operational Risk Management (ORM), providing guidance without direct people management responsibility.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Audit, and Banking, with senior-level exposure preferred.
• You possess strong knowledge of Operational Risk frameworks, specifically RCSA, KRI, and RLED.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You are independent, proactive, and capable of influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
• You exhibit strong integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of governance.
