Operational Risk

·         Design, implement, and maintain robust Operational Risk Management (ORM) frameworks to ensure alignment with global best practices and evolving regulatory standards

·         Drive Group-wide Business Resilience by spearheading Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies and providing leadership during active crisis management scenarios to ensure minimal service disruption

·         Provide risk oversight for the New Product Approval Process, ensuring that all new products and services undergo rigorous risk assessment and that control frameworks are iteratively updated to reflect market shifts

·         Lead strategic initiatives to automate risk monitoring and enhance the efficiency of the ORM lifecycle through data-driven tools and streamlined reporting processes

·         Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to integrate automated controls into back-office systems, ensuring "Risk by Design" in all system development life cycles

·         Commit to continuous professional development by staying abreast of industry benchmarks, regulatory changes, and emerging risk trends to provide high-level advisory to Senior Management

·         Develop and deliver high-quality Risk Dashboards and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) that provide Senior Management with actionable insights into the organization’s risk profile

·         Promote a proactive risk-aware culture across the organization through the delivery of targeted training programs and awareness campaigns

·         Oversee the end-to-end operational incident management process, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective action plans to prevent recurrence

Qualifications:

·         Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting or related fields

·         Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management

·         Background in Finance and Banking, Securities, Fund Management industries is a PLUS

·         Problem-solving and decision-making skills

·         Good communication and presentation skills
