• Contract Review & Risk Assessment: Support the review of partnership agreements, with a focus on identifying operational risk, compliance, and control-related clauses and requirements.
• Risk Data Analysis & Management Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational risk and compliance data; prepare periodic reports and management reports to support risk monitoring, decision-making, and process improvements.
• AML/CTF Compliance: Support the monitoring and management of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) activities, including data tracking, analysis, and consolidation. Assist in preparing periodic AML/CTF reports in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support: Support the preparation and consolidation of regulatory reports, explanatory documents, and other required materials for submission to competent regulatory authorities.
• Operational Risk & Incident Management: Coordinate with relevant business and support functions to identify, assess, track, and resolve operational incidents and issues. Follow up on remediation actions and ensure timely escalation of material risks or incidents.
• Process & Internal Control Compliance: Support the review and monitoring of compliance with operational procedures, internal controls, and control requirements across relevant functions. Identify process gaps and control weaknesses and follow up on corrective actions.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify operational, compliance, and process-related risks; assess potential impacts and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to strengthen the control environment and minimize operational losses.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other risk, compliance, and operational control-related duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor degree of Economics University, National Economics University, Banking University or relevant Universities.
• Minimum 02 years of experience at E-Wallet or Fintech Company or Bank
• Contract Review: Have basic skills in reviewing and assessing operational risks in cooperation contracts.
• Data Processing: Proficient in MS Excel to extract, analyze data and prepare risk reports.
• Ops Risk knowledge: Have basic knowledge of Operational Risk Management and transaction processing flow in the Payment Intermediary industry.
• Problem Solving: Logical and sensitive thinking.
• Good in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, …)
