Operational Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Operational Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support operational execution across customer and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on business solutions, service quality, and compliant communication. The manager will partner closely with sales and strategic solutions teams to help identify needs, respond to inquiries, and strengthen vendor and client relationships. Success in this position will require sound judgment, strong coordination skills, and the ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource in laboratory and hospital administration environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish vendor relationships and understand business requirements
• Identify and engage laboratory decision-makers effectively
• Communicate and educate clients through various channels in a compliant manner
• Collaborate with senior strategic solutions managers and sales teams
• Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, life sciences, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
• Experience implementing business-solution initiatives and problem-solving
• Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player with people management skills
