About Fleevigo Thailand

Fleevigo Thailand is the EV fleet partner for global mobility platforms. We electrify the mobility fleet and empower riders by providing affordable electric motorcycles on a rent-to-own model. As we scale our rider network across Bangkok, we're looking for a driven, full-time Onboarding Specialist to lead rider recruitment and onboarding operations from our Huai Khwang office.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end rider recruitment: sourcing, screening, and closing quality riders across Bangkok
• Promote and educate prospective riders on the ZMax EV motorcycle - its benefits (zero upfront payment, super low operating costs, eco-friendly, earnings potential, flexible rent-to-own model), technical specifications, and long-term ROI
• Manage and grow a pipeline of rider leads through both on-the-ground outreach (rider hubs, Bolt/Grab/Lineman/Maxim waiting areas) and office-based follow-up
• Conduct interviews and document verification for prospective riders (ID, license, driving history)
• Prepare riders for ZMax adoption - walk through bike features, battery-swapping/maintenance, app integration, and rider support resources during onboarding
• Process onboarding paperwork, rider agreements, and system registration at the office
• Track daily/weekly recruitment targets, ZMax adoption rates, and report performance to management
• Build relationships with riders to support retention, address early-stage concerns, and gather feedback on the ZMax experience
• Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to ensure ZMax availability aligns with onboarding volume
• Maintain accurate records of rider applications, conversions, onboarding status, and ZMax activation
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Fleevigo and the ZMax EV platform across Bangkok

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer-facing, or gig-economy/mobility platform roles preferred
• Comfortable working both in the field (rider hubs across Bangkok) and at the office (Huai Khwang)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Thai, conversational English a plus
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of hitting recruitment/sales goals
• Own transportation (motorcycle) for field visits preferred
• Familiarity with ride-hailing/delivery platforms (Bolt, Grab, Lineman, etc.) is an advantage
