Our vision is to replace gut-based sourcing with data-backed buying. By leveraging real-world market signals and trend intelligence, we curate and filter products that align with actual demand—helping retailers improve sell-through while enabling manufacturers to reach the right buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, liaise with supply team and vendors to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Oversee last-mile logistics, collaborate with third-party partners to optimise delivery efficiency and minimise Non-Delivery Rate (NDR) and Return to Origin (RTO) %.
• Engage customers for feedback and gauge Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) levels.
• Resolve customer disputes promptly, facilitating returns, exchanges, and refunds to uphold superior customer service.
• Reach out to potential customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth.
• Follow up with customer for order follow up and payment collection
• Execute surveys and collaborate with supply and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills & Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in an eCommerce or startup ecosystem is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Good understanding of order management, logistics, and customer lifecycle processes
• Self starters looking for good learning experience in a startup

• Compensation: ₹30,000 per month
