Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The position is responsible for coordinating kitchen and dressing room projects from the design stage through execution and installation. This includes coordinating with the Technical Office, reviewing designs and technical drawings, following up with technicians, and ensuring projects are executed according to the required specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience : Previous experience in the kitchens and dressing rooms industry is a must.
• Design Knowledge : Practical experience in kitchen and dressing room design, layouts, and measurements.
• Technical Office Coordination : Experience dealing with the Technical Office and reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
• Technician Management: Proven experience coordinating with technicians and installation teams and following up on execution.
• Project Follow-up : Ability to monitor project progress, solve operational problems, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communication Skills : Strong coordination and communication skills with different teams.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain quality standards.
