Operational Supervisor

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily department activities and guide our team toward maximum efficiency. You will act as the bridge between frontline employees and senior management, ensuring that work is safe, high-quality, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to hit productivity targets.
• Staff Management: Train, mentor, and evaluate employees, providing regular feedback and managing schedules.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction or process-enhancement strategies.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
• Performance Tracking: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
