Since April 1st 2026, our organization has been structured into domains. While this role will be positioned within the Airports domain, our way of working remains strongly focused on collaboration across domains, supporting Airports, Distribution and TAL. As we move forward, we are looking for someone with a strong background in both operational and tactical procurement. You will work closely with the department manager and stakeholders across domains to help drive the OSC vision and further strengthen our way of working. Your Team 
As an Operational Supplier Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Supply Execution Team. In this position, you will collaborate a lot with your colleagues across the domains and Category Management to manage the short-term Materials Availability Performance of our suppliers, ensuring they deliver and execute in accordance with existing agreements.

Your responsibilities

• The main objective of this role is to ensure and enhance supplier delivery performance by serving as the key point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders, actively driving alignment and execution on supply-related matters.
• Actively contribute to supplier improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the Sourcing Manager and other relevant stakeholders
• Manage master data for your supplier categories, ensuring smooth supply chain operations and take a central role in managing supplier relationships in partnership with the Category Managers.
• Proactively oversee a portfolio of items, analysing supply trends and translating them into concrete actions to address potential issues, optimize replenishment strategies and enhance logistics.
• Coach and train suppliers to improve their maturity level and ensure the correct use of Vanderlande's systems, processes and tools.
• Analyse and report on Materials Availability, understanding the logic of Materials Requirements Planning and its dependencies with other supply chain processes. Regularly update key interfaces on status, progress, impact, and performance.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
• 2+ years relevant experience in logistics / supply chain management / sourcing (preferably in Procurement & Supply Chain processes in a high-tech, low-volume production environment)
• Experience in material planning and with ERP systems, preferably JDE/Oracle
