Operational Support Analyst

About The Role Remitee is looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Payments Operations team. You will be the first line of response for our clients, solving cases directly and using data, automation, and AI to make our operation faster and more reliable.

This is a full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00 . It suits someone with a technical and analytical profile who enjoys operations, makes decisions quickly, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to our clients by resolving the cases assigned to you.
• Deliver an excellent service experience to our clients.
• Work with other areas to make sure every case is resolved.
• Extract, model, and analyze information from our different databases.
• Detect deviations in the operation and take the actions needed to fix them.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline recurring operational tasks.
• Turn data into insights to improve indicators and operational dashboards.
• Monitor key KPIs and propose new performance metrics.

Must Have

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, another engineering field, or a related university degree (nice to have)
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong technical background in data analytics: reading and modeling data and extracting insights from it.
• Hands-on experience with a BI or data visualization tool such as Power BI or Grafana.
• Solid hands-on experience with AI tools and process automation.
• Experience with ticket management tools (Jira).
• Availability to work full time, Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 21:00.
• Autonomy, quick decision making, fast execution and ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Nice to Have

• English, B2 level.
• SQL knowledge and/or Experience with Zendesk.
