Role Description The Operational Support Engineer will provide on-site support for wind turbine operations at the Goleniów location, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety and quality standards. This full-time role includes monitoring operational data, analyzing performance issues, and coordinating corrective actions with maintenance and project teams. The individual will assist in optimizing processes, preparing documentation.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clear technical updates.
• Experience in operations management to coordinate workflows, support site activities, and optimize processes.
• Project management capabilities to assist in planning, tracking, and executing operational improvement initiatives.
• Sales support experience or understanding of customer-focused operations, preferably in an industrial or energy environment.
• Relevant technical or engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, wind power systems, or heavy industry operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with standard office and data analysis tools; ability to learn specialized operational software.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely on-site, follow procedures, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English
