Operational Support Specialist Blade (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade-related activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs)
• Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies
• Overarching planning, organization, and execution of fault clearance activities
• Support the creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets
• Contribute to the global expert network and actively share knowledge and experience
• Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports
• Develop and deliver trainings for various internal and external stakeholders
• Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions
• Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and other internal/external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
• Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world. 80% of your time will be spent out of your home country
• Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
• Confident communication with internal and external partners and high customer orientation
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required
• Strong results orientation, hands-on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem‑solving skills
• Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus
