Operational Support Specialist: Supplier Collaboration

Your tasks

SRM Support

• Support supplier onboarding and follow up on pending activities.
• Support suppliers with uploading required certificates and documentation.
• Monitor operational workflows and pending supplier actions.
• Support user administration and access requests
• Provide first-level support to suppliers and internal users.
• Escalate complex issues to the Business Product Owner

Supplier Sustainability Data Support

• Support supplier outreach campaigns related to sustainability and compliance data.
• Follow up on outstanding supplier data requests.
• Review submissions for completeness and plausibility
• Coordinate necessary clarifications with suppliers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to responsible sourcing managers.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier responses and follow-up activities.

Automated Purchase Order Confirmation Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users.
• Investigate user-reported issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Explain process requirements and expected system behavior.
• Consolidate recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions with the external solution provider.
• Collect recurring user issues and feedback

Your profile

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in procurement operations, supplier management, shared services, customer support, or process support

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong data quality mindset.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, SRM, or supplier management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Personal Qualifications:

• Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical, and independent way of working.
• Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things.
• Should be able to work in international, intercultural and cross functional teams.
