Operational System Support Asst. Manager (Supply Chain)

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods
2. Monitor and support supply chain systems to ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of inventory movements
3. Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets
4. Manage distribution schedules and optimize routing to ensure efficient product delivery
5. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
6. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records
7. Generate operational reports and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
8. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to resolve supply chain disruptions
9. Liaise between warehouse, distribution, retail, and management teams to ensure seamless communication
10. Support the implementation of supply chain policies and procedures across warehouse and distribution operations

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or distribution logistics for a minimum of 3-5 years
2. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
3. Experience in coordinating logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations within a retail or FMCG environment
4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising warehouse or logistics staff
6. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate reports using spreadsheet applications and system tools
7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
8. Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
9. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
10. Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of retail distribution channels is preferred
11. Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by operational needs
