Operational Technology (OT) Security Manager

KPMG Siddharta Advisory is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security Manager to help organizations strengthen the security and resilience of their industrial and critical infrastructure environments. This role will work closely with clients across various sectors to assess cyber risks, design security strategies, and enhance cyber resilience across Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and SCADA environments.

What you will do:

• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, maturity reviews, and security transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and enhance the security posture of OT, ICS, and SCADA environments.
• Assess cyber risks affecting critical infrastructure and industrial operations.
• Advise clients on OT security architecture, network segmentation, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
• Support clients in aligning their OT cybersecurity programs with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop recommendations that balance cybersecurity objectives with operational safety, system availability, resilience, and business continuity requirements.

Desired skills & experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, including substantial hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or SCADA security
• Experience assessing and securing critical infrastructure and industrial environments
• Knowledge of OT security architecture, network segmentation, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, and incident response
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards, such as IEC 62443, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and NIST SP 800-82
• Ability to manage cyber risks while considering operational safety, system availability, resilience, and business continuity
• Preferably holds or actively pursuing GICSP, GRID, GCIP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (or actively pursuing)
