Operational Technology SOC Analyst L1 (Client Residency)

Description The OT SOC Analyst Level 1 focuses on the initial monitoring, detection, and reporting of cybersecurity incidents in Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. This role ensures early identification of potential threats within critical infrastructure networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor OT environments including SCADA, ICS, and IIoT systems.
• Perform initial triage and analysis of OT-related security alerts.
• Identify and filter false positives from monitoring tools.
• Escalate incidents to Level 2 Analysts for deeper investigation.
• Maintain detailed records of security events and investigation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of OT systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
