Operational testing Analyst /Associate

• Perform Operations Testing / Quality Assurance reviews of business processes and transactions.
  • Conduct sample-based testing of transactions, cases, documents, and operational activities.
  • Identify process gaps, errors, exceptions, and control weaknesses.
  • Validate adherence to SOPs, policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues.
  • Prepare test results, working papers, evidence, and testing documentation.
  • Classify and document findings based on severity and business impact.
  • Track corrective actions and remediation through closure.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare MIS / management reports and dashboards covering testing results, trends, exceptions, and risks.
  • Support risk assessments, internal/external audits, and control testing.
  • Recommend process improvements and control enhancements.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, BPO, Shared Services, or Operations environments will be preferred.

Knowledge of Operational Risk & Control Frameworks, Power BI, SQL, Audit Methodologies, or Regulatory Compliance will be an added advantage.
