About the role

This is a hands-on role involving daily administrative and personal tasks, website management, e-commerce operations, and social media content creation across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and personal tasks
• Manage and update company website
• Create and manage product listings and online stock
• Create photo/video content for social media
• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Shopee & Lazada
• Handle customer enquiries and online orders
• Assist with promotions, campaigns and livestreams
• Coordinate with the operations team
• Organize documents and daily tasks
• Provide regular updates and reports
