Operations Account Manager

Job Overview

• Php35,000.00 monthly (this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational support across multiple programs

• Place and track supply and material orders, including procurement activities

• Coordinate workshop logistics, schedules, and operational requirements

• Handle high-volume email communication with clients and stakeholders

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-through on action items

• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient program execution

Ideal Candidate

• Strong customer support, customer success, or operations experience (required)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (required)

• Experience handling high-volume email correspondence (required)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail (required)

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously (required)

• Proactive and reliable with strong follow-through skills (required)

• Experience in procurement, logistics, project coordination, or operations management (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (preferred)

• Experience working in a client-facing environment (preferred)
