What they need
- Manage daily cash handling, disbursements, and collections related to logistics operations.
- Monitor and reconcile cash advances, fuel expenses, toll fees, parking, and other operational expenses.
- Prepare and process payments to drivers, riders, suppliers, and other operational partners.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
- Verify and process liquidation reports and cash advances in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams regarding cash requirements and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular cash counts and cash/bank reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve cash variances, missing receipts, and other financial discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash and operational expense reports.
