Operations Admin Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing documents, handling data, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Print, check, and prepare work tickets for daily operations
• Verify and organize operational documents
• Handle document scanning, filing, and record keeping
• Sort and manage large volumes of documents efficiently
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• No gender preference
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word)
• Good data entry and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized
• Able to handle high volume of paperwork
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
