Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Location:

• Bukit Raja, Klang, Malaysia.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary documents promptly and accurately based on instructions 
  from Management.
• Collaborate closely with forwarding agents to arrange courier services following JK69 approval.
• Assist in recording the in & out of AP, need to monitor closely with the  respective person in charge of the original AP.
• Conduct inspections of bonded cars weekly to ensure the K8 documents are securely maintained and readily available.
• Handle invoicing processes from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent. A Diploma in Business, Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Strong emotional intelligence with a professional attitude
• Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator and a collaborative team player
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
