Operations Admin Executive – Elect Installation @ Southeast ~

About the role

This role is based at a leading utilities group company located in the Kallang Sector. You will be responsible for attending to queries, processing applications, and managing administrative tasks within the utilities operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to queries coming in through large install mailbox
• Assign applications to officers for processing
• Process applications and create notifications (ZH and ZA) in system
• Conduct meter tagging in system
• Liaise on procurement and invoicing matters in EI
• Collate statistics for KPI report
• Generate and send out appointment and acceptance letters
• Dispatch letter to customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

About you

• Diploma in any discipline
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
