Operations Admin Executive (Logistics)

WE’RE HIRING | OPERATIONS ADMIN EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Taman Ecoperniagaan, Dato Onn, Johor (relocating to Kulai, Indahpura by Nov)

💰 Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000

🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

🏢 Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) – Warehousing & Logistics for IT and Data Centre Products

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Arrange manpower, staff schedules, attendance, and driver allocation.
• Coordinate vehicle schedules, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
• Handle logistics and customs documentation, and liaise with forwarding agents.
• Manage vehicle-related matters, staff claims, operational expenses, and records.
• Prepare daily operational reports and resolve scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience in administration, logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation coordination.

• Familiar with logistics documentation and customs procedures.

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.

• Willing to work at the upcoming Kulai location near JPO after relocation.

• Mandarin-speaking with the ability to read and understand Chinese documents is required
