Operations Admin Executive (Transport/Membership)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm, Alternate Saturday: 9am - 12pm (Friday off)
• Working Location: Aljunied
• Bonus provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle membership applications, renewals, and member records.
• Provide general administrative support and prepare letters and documents.
• Liaise with members, government agencies, and business partners.
• Coordinate Association events and committee meetings.
• Process insurance applications, renewals, and member enquiries.
• Support transport route and carpark administration.
• Coordinate with operational staff and monitor daily operations.
• Liaise with LTA on permits and regulatory matters.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and maintain administrative records.
